The Nikon SMZ1500 dissecting fluorescent microscope includes 0.75x to 11.5x continuous zoom range, GFP and FITC long pass fluorescent filters, and an SD-Ri1 digital camera capable of live movie and time lapse recording with high spatial or time resolution imaging, or a compromise of both.
