Fluidigm Helios (a CyTOF® system) Mass Cytometer
The Standard BioTools Helios is a high-performance cell analyzer providing multiparameter analysis, including simultaneous detection of > 50 distinct parameters. This system employs probes (most often antibodies) that are labeled with heavy metals to be detected by time of flight (TOF) mass spectrometry.

- Cell sorter has four lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and can detect up to 13 color parameters. Equipped with a moveable platform for clone sorting into 96 well plates, and a temperature controller for maintaining sorted cells at cold temperatures during sorts.
- $80 per hour operator only

BD Fortessa flow cytometer
- Cell analyzer with five lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and can detect up to 18 color parameters. It is equipped with a BD High Throughput Sampler for rapid analysis of samples prepared in plate formats.
- $40 per hour operator use/ $60 per hour assisted use

BD Fusion Cell Sorter
- Cell sorter has five lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and can detect up to 18 color parameters. It is equipped with a moveable platform for clone sorting into 96 well plates, and a temperature controller for maintaining sorted cells at cold temperatures during sorts, and is kept in a BSL2 biosafety cabinet for sterile cell sorting.

Hyperion
- Using the same technology as the Helios, the Hyperion uses imaging mass cytometry technology to generate high-dimensional spatial data. By using metal-tagged probes, the Hyperion can detect 40+ markers on tissue sections minimizing the complications from autofluorescent tissues or spectral overlap.
